Closest to Cinnamon but a tad darker and reflects green. It is still a nice, brown/earthy hue. Not as deep and bronzy as Forest Blaze. Darker and less rosy than Copper Penny, and still makes a pretty good rust color. Pictures are presented in order of accuracy in color. The last is a bit lighter than the color actually is but it shows the brilliance of the copper base better than the others. In addition to being a retailer, I am an Angelina wholesaler, so I have the lowest prices! For international orders of the half pound, please convo me for shipping quote.
Angelina is a very unique fiber as it is both light reflective and light refractive. A fantastic embellishment fiber, adding depth, dimension, visible "texture" as well as bling. You'll frequently see it mixed in with yarn, felting, art batts and the like. For spinning or making art batts (or roulags), just a few fibers do a lot! Blended with other fibres in amounts as small as 2%, it gives sparkle and highlight to your projects, whether it's yarn, batts or felt. You can just "add a tad" while spinning singles or sprinkle a bit into your carder or blending board to liven up any color mix. To felt, simply lay it on top of your project or between your wool and the wool will tack it down. If layering between the wool, you'll want just a thin over-layer of wool so that you don't hide the wonderful sparkle and brightness of the Angelina. My camera doesn't pick up the subdued accents in this beautiful fiber and makes it look too one dimensional, though this color is a tad less bright or loud, being a bit more natural and earthy while still carrying some bling.
I will have many other colors listed (just a partial representation pictured in the last photo), as well as a few collections, where you can acquire a nice selection of colors in small portions, all in the same listing. Collections range from the "You Choose" the 5 colors, to collections of 15, 30, 50, 75 or 85 colors/types in any size portions. I'm getting more colors all the time.
