Shipping Timeframes

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may result in longer lead times (e.g., 4–8 weeks). Estimated lead times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Drop Shipping & Manufacturer Fulfillment

Select products may be shipped directly from our vendors or manufacturers.

When an order is fulfilled by a third party (e.g., Ashford, Louet, Schacht, Glimakra), The Spinnery Store does not control the packaging, customs documentation, or delivery method used.

Shipping methods and carriers may vary. Tracking will be provided whenever available.
International Orders & Importer of Record (IOR)

For international shipments, you are the Importer of Record unless otherwise stated in writing by The Spinnery Store prior to order placement.

As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and required documentation in your country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

You may be required to provide personal information (e.g., tax ID or SSN) to complete customs clearance. These requirements are determined by your country’s laws and are outside our control.

If you do not agree to act as the Importer of Record, do not place an order for international shipping or contact us prior to purchase to discuss options.
Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once a package is accepted by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), The Spinnery Store is not liable for loss, damage, or delay.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages.

You assume all risk for international shipping, including but not limited to delays, duties, customs holds, or seizures.
Order Issues & Damaged Items

All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and photos, if applicable.

We will assist in filing damage claims with the carrier, but do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement unless covered by the carrier's policy.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or customer refusal, we reserve the right to deduct all actual shipping and return fees before any refund is issued.

We are not responsible for delays or loss if you refuse to act as Importer of Record or fail to provide required customs information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

No guarantee is made regarding the suitability of our products for international delivery unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $200. -
Free Shipping Offer:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes and after discounts), with the following exceptions: -

These items are excluded from free shipping and will have shipping charges calculated after checkout to be invoiced later. -
Delivery Estimates:
Standard shipping times typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient method for your order’s size and destination.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Support@thespinnerystore.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. -
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, providing photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Changes to Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us right away. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
