One of my custom colors, Beach Sand is the lightest of the gold colors. It is like the light sand color you see at the beach, and reflects golds and cinnamon/copper. One of my very favorite golds. First two pictures are best for reflection and third is best for base color. Fourth is under flash and shows as a little too golden in color.
Angelina is a very unique fiber, both light reflective and light refractive. A fun and fantastic embellishment fiber, adding depth, dimension, visible "texture" as well as bling. You'll frequently see it mixed in with yarn, felting, art batts and the like. For spinning or making art batts (or roulags), just a few fibers do a lot! Blended with other fibres in amounts as small as 2%, it gives sparkle and highlight to your projects, whether it's yarn, batts or felt. You can just "add a tad" while spinning singles or sprinkle a bit into your carder or blending board to liven up any color mix. To felt, simply lay it on top of your project or between your wool and the wool will tack it down. If layering between the wool, you'll want just a thin over-layer of wool so that you don't hide the wonderful sparkle and brightness of the Angelina. My camera doesn't pick up the subdued accents in this beautiful fiber and makes it look too one dimensional.
This is not gold as in the bright gold of jewelry or clothing, but more a bright shiny blond color. Glitzy yet earthy. I will have many other colors listed (just a few pictured in the last photo), as well as a few collections, where you can acquire a nice selection of colors in small portions, all in the same listing.
