I have these made for me, especially for my shop as I couldn't find "just the right" shuttle, that has all the features I want. These shuttles are made of Solid Maple hardwood, with a smooth and beautifully lacquered finish. They are knife-edged and absolutely flat on the bottom for easily working through tight threads, yet gradually beveled with a 3/8" arch on the tops to fully separate your warp to see what's up and what's down. Width of 1 5/16" and the knife edge is also great for beating down an errant shed row that you want to level. A great value for the craftsmanship of these shuttles.
