Schacht makes their hook with a smoothly sanded pear-shaped hook with an ergonomic shape, easy to hold and use.
Kromski makes really pretty hooks in all finishes to match their wheels. The wood handles are finely turned, smooth and long enough to give an easy grip. Choose the finish from the options.
Schacht has changed the shape of it's threading hook from the short pear shape, to a more ergonomic shape, slightly longer and a bit narrower, fitting better in the hand.
