The Ashford Drum Carder Packer Brush Kit is an adjustable brush that mounts directly above the large drum on your Ashford drum carder and gently presses fibers down as they rotate, allowing you to card more fiber per batt and reduce flyaways.
It’s especially useful for blending fine, airy fibers or achieving denser, more uniform batts. The adjustable tension allows you to fine-tune the brush pressure depending on the fiber type and amount.
