A lovely, Copper like a newly minted penny. Brighter and truer copper than Copper Penny. This Angelina has a buttery-soft feel. I have some of this color in an extra long staple, which is only available in smaller portions. Angelina is a very unique fiber as it is both light reflective and light refractive. A fantastic embellishment fiber, adding depth, dimension, visible "texture" as well as bling. You'll frequently see it mixed in with yarn, felting, art batts and the like. For spinning or making art batts (or rolags), just a few fibers do a lot! Blended with other fibres in amounts as small as 2%, it gives sparkle and highlight to your projects, whether it's yarn, batts or felt. You can just "add a tad" while spinning singles or sprinkle a bit into your carder or blending board to liven up any color mix. To felt, simply lay it on top of your project or between your wool and the wool will tack it down. If layering between the wool, you'll want just a thin over-layer of wool so that you don't hide the wonderful sparkle and brightness of the Angelina. Some of these colors are very difficult to photograph. My camera doesn't pick up the subdued accents in this beautiful fiber and makes it look too one dimensional. The first two pictures show the color better. Metallic Copper is straight cut. The last picture is of an Earthy Angelina Collection, which contains Copper, Forest Blaze and Gold, very compatible colors, and excellent for dressing up browns, oranges, golds.

Collections contain .1oz of each, .25 oz of each, or .5 oz of each color. Collections contain from 5 (your choice) 15, 30, 50, 75, 85 or more colors (I'm getting more and custom colors made all the time) . You can customize your collections to include only earthy tones or all blues, reds, etc... whatever works for you.
