Tapestry Weaving is SO MUCH FUN and now made easier, quicker and ever more portable! New from Schacht is their Easel Weaver loom that is perfect for weaving on the go. Innovative design allows for more unrestricted access to your rows. This is provided by the "I" frame rather than a traditional square frame. It comes in 6", 8" and 10" sizes (15cm, 20cm and 25cm) and is designed to be either held in your hand or propped up on a table using the built-in stand. The Stand can be positioned to suit any angle to make your weaving more comfortable and is great for displaying your beautiful free-form art work. No-slip rubber feet keep the loom in place while warping and weaving. Made of quality maple plywood with sturdy warp teeth and can be warped at either 6 or 12 epi.
Sturdy built weaving frames, small enough to be super portable, these travel-sized loom frames can keep young or old weavers entertained for hours on end while spending a rainy day indoors, traveling on the road or even flying on a vacation. Compact and durable, there is no end to what you can design and make on these guys.

8" Easel Weaver measures 8.5" X 10" X 1.25" overall, with a weaving area of 8" X 9".
10" Easel Weaver measures 10.5" X 12.25" X 1.25" overall, with a weaving area of 10" X 11".
Because weavers often already have so many of the basic tools, I offer these as Easel Weaver only/no kit, OR with kits described here. Choose the size Weaver you want from the Drop Down "Options" box at upper right. Want an accessory bundle to go with your loom?
