Choose from 3 weaving widths. The eight shaft looms fold flat, even with your weaving in place, making them ideal for taking to workshops or guild meetings. The overhead beater, with automatic bounce back, gives a wonderful shed and even beating. Levers are within easy reach for comfortable weaving. Each shaft can be lifted simply and quickly and is independent enabling a wide variety of patterns to be woven. The solid Silver Beech hard wood is lacquered for long-lasting good looks. *****One of the wonderful things about weaving on a table loom is the ability to change your pattern simply by changing the sequence in which you lift the levers. Here is some of the many variations you can weave on a straight 8 threading (meaning your heddles are threaded 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8...etc). You can weave patterns within your project or you can have a long warp and weave many projects, all different, with the same threading. Why not try weaving a sampler and seeing how many variations are possible! Make as wide as you want, using multiples of eight. Thread as a straight eight.
